service includes professional packing of the goods for destination,
customs checking and taking care of all documents needed for
exportation from Czech republic, and transport for the place of
destination.
Articles abroad are delivered by means of local post offices right to
the addressee or kept at the customs office. Normally we ensure the air
cargo, truck or ship transportation.On the demand of our clients we are
able to ensure other kind of transportation, according to the type of
goods, which are to be dispatched.
In the case of demaged articles during transportation, the client is
explained by reclamation procedure in the leaflet, which is included to
every article. Reclaimation procedure is immediately started, which is
in mostly case ended by sending alternate goods. In case that damaged
products are impossible to alternate, the client is provided financial
compensation.
